  Ensure all furniture or appliances are in original, showroom condition and free from any signs of use, smoke, or pet damage.

  Schedule Pick-up or Drop-off

  Arrange for a professional pick-up service for a nominal fee or return smaller items directly to your nearest Dufresne showroom.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
